USEA's involvement in Bucks Prevention Matters Network

A network being developed across Buckinghamshire aimed at prevention, rather than reaction, has reached implementation stage. See the video below for the process so far, with USEA's very own Dale Hoyland getting a word in, around the 3 minute mark!

 

The Innovation Unit worked with Buckinghamshire County Council and its partners on a 4-month programme of development of a new prevention-orientated model of adult health and social care. Through a process of co-production teams of users and stakeholders engaged in research, idea-generation, prototyping and design of the new model.
