We are proud to say that the United Sustainable Energy Agency has had its ISO 9001 registration for quality management systems and 14001 for environmental management renewed for another year.
This independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau a leading Certification Body and demonstrates United Sustainable Energy Agency’s (USEA's) commitment to customer service and quality in delivery along with our commitment to reduce our environmental impact.
Brad Hook, Chief Executive said, “Yet again we are very pleased to have achieved ISO9001 certification as it underlines our commitment to our customers and our focus on quality. It is particularly pleasing to have been assessed for the 1st full year to see that our systems are working and achieving what we set out to do.”
"We are also pleased that we have been re-accredited for ISO14001. As a dedicated team of environmental professionals our customers would expect us to do as much as we can to reduce our impact on the environment. I am pleased that, through the enthusiasm and dedication of the team, we have managed not only to meet the standard, but surpass it."
